Job Description
Seasonal wildland firefighter position with Mosier Fire District starting June 15, 2023 through September 30, 2023 (tentative). Duties include wildland fire response, responding to calls for service, training, and administrative duties. Maximum 32 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
Requirements: NWCG Firefighter 2 (minimum), NWCG Firefighter 1 (preferred), NFPA (or Oregon equivalent) Firefighter 1 (preferred), NFPA Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator (preferred), NWCG Crew Boss (preferred). Proof of certifications required.
Salary: $20.25 per hour
